In order to be added to our EDS/CCI physical therapy waitlist, please complete the form on the “Get on the Waitlist” page.

Please do not call or text our office requesting to get on the schedule or make an appointment.

We are happy to answer questions you may have before deciding to get on the waitlist, but all new patients must first fill out the form at the top right tab on our website, and be added to the waitlist before scheduling can take place.

Once you are on the waitlist, we will contact you to schedule when an appointment becomes available.

We cannot make exceptions to our waitlist, even if you happen to be in town for a short period of time.
